I’m super proud that Seaforest has been building a great team with the spirit of Health, Responsibility, Agility and Excellence. Learning from Peter Drucker, Seaforest encourages staff to take responsibilities and obtain rewards simultaneously. By November 2021, more than 170 out of 1200 full-time staff have become shareholders of the company. During the past two decades, Seaforest has been keeping on the improvement of manufacturing fundamentals, such as Lean Procurement, Lean Production, and Total Quality Management. In the industry, Seaforest has constructed the most competitive supply chain that assures Seaforest acquiring the best human hair material at reasonable prices in the first place. Seaforest has constructed the best R & D team, which combines many young talents and 30+ years experienced technicians excitedly collaborating together. To achieve sustainable development, we believe that innovation and ESG consciousness are two main factors.
